If you are not absolutely thrilled with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of your service. We will re-clean at no extra charge.

No. You are not required to provide Pacific Pure Cleaning Ltd’s team with cleaning products or equipment. Of course, if you would prefer that we use the products of your choosing, all you have to do is let us know in advance and we will accommodate your request because customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities.

Typically we will dust the home, clean the kitchen including counter tops and outside of cupboards, polish the sink and fixtures and wipe down all stainless appliances. We clean all bathrooms including toilets, showers, sinks and mirrors as well as polish all faucets. We clean window cills and baseboards. We vacuum the entire home and finish with a damp mop of all floors. We are happy to adjust our cleaning regiment to meet your specific needs or desires. For move in or move out cleaning services we use the following move out cleaning checklist.

You do not need to be home. Many of our busy customers provide us with a key or door code. If you prefer to be home, that's fine too! Just let us know the best way to access your home.

We try to because continuity makes for more consistent service. However, sometimes life gets in the way. If the cleaner(s) that typically works on your property isn’t available, another member will arrive at the agreed-upon time and provide the same high level of service you have come to expect from Pacific Pure Cleaning Ltd.
